Privacy and cookies
What data this site collects, what it is used for and how you can decide about it.
Your choice
You can accept or reject analytics cookies at any time. The change applies immediately.
Controller
Alba Diéguez Arévalo, Madrid (Spain). For any question about your data: alba@albadieguez.es.
What data is collected
If you accept analytics cookies
PostHog records the pages you visit, clicks and scrolling, loading time, your browser and device, the page you came from and your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address). It may also record how the page is browsed to understand how it is used, with text fields masked. A random identifier stored in a first-party cookie makes it possible to recognise repeat visits.
If you reject them
No cookies are used and browsing is not recorded. PostHog anonymously records page views and clicks, using a temporary identifier calculated on its servers, which changes every day, without storing your IP address.
Until you choose
Nothing is collected.
If you send an email
Your address and message are only used to reply to you.
Legal basis
- Analytics with cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI). You can withdraw it at any time on this page.
- Anonymous cookie-free statistics: the legitimate interest in knowing how many visits the site receives and how it is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Emails: the legitimate interest in replying to your message (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who processes the data
PostHog Inc. provides the analytics service as a data processor. Data is hosted on PostHog Cloud EU, on Amazon Web Services servers in Frankfurt (Germany). It is not sold or used for advertising.
How long it is kept
Analytics data is kept for the retention period of the PostHog account and then deleted. Session recordings are deleted after 30 days at most, the limit of the current plan. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message.
